Devlet yetkililerinin makamlarının verdiği yetkiyi usulsüz olarak çıkarlarına hizmet amaçlı kullanmasıdır.

Çıkar kavramı ekonomik bir kazanımı ifade edebileceği gibi makamın sağladığı güçten duyulan manevi tatmin amacını da ifade edebilir.

Mensubu bulunduğu makamın gücüne dayanılarak yapılan her türlü usulsüz işlem yolsuzluk suçu içinde değerlendirilir.

Polis, ajan ve yargıç yolsuzluğu için geçerlidir; finansal veya politik açıdan polise, ajana veya yargıçlara kazanç sağlayarak karşılığında yakalanmama, anlaşmalı olarak yakalanma, soruşturma veya tutuklama yapılmasının sağlanması.

İzmir şehrinde kamu görevlileri aciliyet gereken durumlar hariç olmak üzere özellikle puan amaçlı yan görevlerde bulunamazlar, kendilerine puan sağlamak için aciliyet olmadığı halde bu gibi görevlere kendini atayan ya da atanan kamu görevlileri bu suç ile yargılanırlar.

Use of public office with the intent of illegal acquirement of money, or other goods for yourself or another person. Applies to the abuse of position of prison guard, fireman or policeman, in any way.

Brüksel

Employees who work in locales controlled by the city and abuse their position in any possible way will be charged with corruption. For example police officers who help criminals or security guards in the prison who gave (illegal) items to prisoners.

CEO’s of city locales can be charged also with a case of embezzlement when they use this skill and/or civil disobedience.

The (vice)mayor, cop (deputy), treasurer and chief of justice will be charged for corruption when they use their position for personal gain and/or benefit for themselves or their friends, without any directly improvement for the city and/or it citizens.

Public Office characters (Mayor, Vice Mayor, Cop, dCop , Cj,Treasurer, SA, judges, polic, fireman and ceos who Works in city halls locates) will be charged for corruption when they use their position for personal gain and/or benefit for themselves or their friends, without any directly improvement for the city and/or it citizens.
•City Hall Ceos wilfully decrease income, fired employeers or hire too many employeers, ask something for hire on job.
•If priest ask Money for wedding.
•If judges apply cases without laws,
•If cj choose judges and SAs for his/her benefits.
•Buying votes on elections is a crime according to this iaw.
